Shipping policy

Bio Blends are based and shipped from New Zealand. Orders placed via our Site will be packed and dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Your tracking details will be sent by email following dispatch. Below is an indication of delivery times. Please note that these delivery timeframes are indicative only, and may change based on your specific location.

New Zealand:

2 – 5 business days, from dispatch

Australia:

2 – 5 business days, from dispatch (QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, TAS)

6 – 10 business days, from dispatch (WA, NT)

Rest of world:

5 – 10 business days, from dispatch via DHL express

SHIPPING RATES

New Zealand: Free shipping applies for orders valued over $99.  For orders below $99, a shipping fee of $9.95 will apply at checkout. 

Australia: Free shipping applies for orders valued over $99.  For orders below $99, a shipping fee of $11.95 will apply at checkout.

Rest of world: Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on your location and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Please note: This is the cost for postage of your order and does not include any applicable custom import duties or taxes. 

We are unable to refund your shipping costs if your shipping is delayed for circumstances outside of our control such as missed delivery, redelivery, or issues with the way your address has been listed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order, as we’re unable to redirect orders.

Please note, any missing order requests must be advised within 30 days from date of purchase, no further action will be taken for contact made after this time.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our Site are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Bio Blends are based in New Zealand and products are available for shipping to New Zealand and Australian addresses.

Orders shipped to Australian customers may be subject to requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration act. While Bio Blends provides no advice on this, you may wish to visit https://www.tga.gov.au/personal-importation-scheme for more information.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For any orders shipped internationally, the customer is the importer of the product and will be responsible for all customs import duties and any associated taxes.

The United States has recently introduced custom import tariffs and taxes on imported goods. In order to cover these fees for our US based customers (minimum of $44.95 per order) we have included the import duty charge within the shipping cost calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped to Australian customers valued over AU$1000 may be subject to custom duties & taxes.
