The number one thing to focus on for great health

When it comes to achieving great health, there are countless avenues we can take. Yet, there is one direction that has a significant impact on how we look and feel every day that is often forgotten: caring for our liver.

When it comes to every aspect of our health, the liver packs a mighty punch. It is one of the big guns when it comes to your energy, vitality and hormonal balance, as well as to the clarity of your skin and eyes. In conjunction with the gallbladder, the liver works endlessly to help us excrete fatty substances that the body no longer needs, including old hormones, pesticides and stored body fat.

So if you were to do only one thing for your health, focus on your liver.

The liver plays a critical role in whether we:

  • Have congested skin, or not
  • Experience a bloated belly
  • Find a ‘liver roll’ of body fat just under the bra line
  • Suffer from PMS, heavy, clotty, painful periods or hot flushes
  • Experience mood swings in the lead up to menstruation
  • Have elevated cholesterol
  • Notice nausea after eating
  • Are hungry for breakfast in the morning, or just want coffee
  • Overheat easily
  • Have a short temper
  • And so much more!

And by supporting your liver—through offering it more of the nutrients it needs, and less of what it doesn’t—you can experience profound shifts in any of the symptoms above.

If you eat well and move regularly but nothing ever changes with your body shape or size, or you regularly experience any of the symptoms listed above, you may find it highly beneficial to start focusing on liver support.

We only have one liver. Love it accordingly.
