How to take

Always read the label and take as directed.

Take 1 capsule 2-3 times a day for a restless mind. For sleep, take two capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. For children between the ages of 8 and 15 years, Calm Restore may be taken at a dose of 1 capsule per day. Teenagers 15 years and over may have the adult dose of 2 capsules per day or at night.

Pair with

Calm Restore can be taken alongside all other Bio Blends products. If pairing with Meno Ease, we recommend reducing the dose of Calm Restore to 1 capsule per day.

Duration

The herbs in Calm Restore were carefully selected for their calming and soothing effects on the nervous system, which are often what people who have trouble relaxing and/or sleeping restoratively respond well to. The time it takes for you to notice improvements to your level of calm, sleep and general wellbeing tends to depend on the state of your nervous system when you commence. Please note that this is not a sleeping pill and it won’t knock you out. Some people report an immediate benefit. Studies on some of the herbs in this product have shown that people experience good results for improved sleep within two weeks of regular use, however they experienced even better results when the herbs were taken regularly for 3 months. After this period, it can be used as needed or as long as you continue to appreciate its benefits.
